Purchase Process:

The customer can browse the online catalog and select desired products by adding them to the shopping cart. Before confirming the purchase, the customer can review the selected items, their price, and the applicable shipping fees. The purchase is considered formalized once payment is received, and the customer receives an email confirmation with the order details.

Products and Availability

The artworks available on the website are original works or reproductions created by Eliana Ciardi. Each product includes a detailed description and illustrative images. Although we strive to ensure maximum accuracy, visual representations may slightly differ from the final product due to screen resolution or color settings. If a product is unavailable after an order has been placed, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and offered a solution, such as a product replacement or a full refund.

Prices and Payment Methods

All prices are listed in euros (€) and include applicable taxes (VAT, if applicable). Shipping fees will be detailed separately before confirming the purchase. Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit cards, Bank transfers, and any other method specified in the checkout process. Payment will be securely processed through authorized platforms.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer during the purchase process. Delivery times: Peninsula and Balearic Islands: 3-7 business days. International shipping: May vary depending on the destination. Eliana Ciardi is not responsible for delays caused by external circumstances such as transport issues or customs. In case of damage during shipping, the customer must notify within 24 hours of receiving the package.

Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal: The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product without needing to justify their decision.

Return Conditions: The product must be returned in perfect condition, without any damage or signs of use. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect. To manage a return, the customer must contact via email at: elianaciardi@gmail.com. Once the product is received and its condition verified, a refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days.

Product Warranty

The products offered on this website are covered by the legal warranty of conformity in accordance with applicable regulations. If the customer detects a manufacturing defect in the product, they may request repair, replacement, or refund, as applicable.

Intellectual Property and Copyright

All intellectual property rights for the artworks and reproductions offered on this website are the exclusive property of Eliana Ciardi. The purchase of a work does not transfer copyright to the customer. The customer only acquires a personal, non-exclusive right to use the purchased product. It is strictly prohibited to: Reproduce, distribute, publicly communicate, or modify the works without express written permission from Eliana Ciardi. Use the works or reproductions for commercial or profit-making purposes without prior consent from the rights holder. In case of misuse of the works, Eliana Ciardi reserves the right to take legal action to protect their copyright.

Legislation and Jurisdiction

Transactions made on this website are subject to Spanish legislation. In case of dispute, both parties agree to submit to the courts of the province of Balearic Islands, unless otherwise stipulated by applicable law.
