Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving the item to request a return.
The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging to be eligible for return. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless the product is defective, in which case it must be rejected by the carrier (if it is accepted with damaged packaging, it will be borne by the buyer) or incorrect (if a different item has been sent than the one purchased, in which case shipping will be borne by the seller).
If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Returned items will not be accepted without a prior return request.

Damage and Issues
Please review your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards, 100x100cm prints (as they are custom-made and work with gold leaf), and items that have been personalized.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you're looking for is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period for the European Union Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the merchandise is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
